Unlink a device from your Banking App

If your device has been lost, stolen or replaced, unlink it from your Banking App.
Step 1 of 7

Go to your home screen and tap More on the bottom navigation.

Next, tap the View all devices option.

You'll see a list of all the devices that are linked to your banking profile.

Tap on the device which you want to unlink.

On the Device detail screen, tap UNLINK DEVICE.

Tap UNLINK to confirm that this is the device you want to remove from your banking profile.

All done!

If the device you have unlinked from your banking profile is not the device that you are currently using, tap the back arrow buttons in the top left-hand corner to return to the home screen.

If you've successfully unlinked the app from the device that you’re currently using, you’ll immediately be returned to the sign-in screen.
